| Jimmy Fallon is Robert Pattinson and He’s Bothered…Again. | ||

Ok, this made me giggle something fierce. Mostly because as much of a romantic I am, Valentine’s Day has never been my favorite holiday. So I’m kind of siding with a “Bothered” Robert Pattinson on this one LOL. via TwiExaminer |
| A New “The Last Airbender” Trailer with lots of Jackson! | ||
I’m a huge M. Night Shyamalan fan! That, by itself, makes The Last Airbender a movie I want to see. Of course, you then have to add in Jackson Rathbone who plays Jasper in our favorite Twilight saga and it’s simply a no-brainer. The first trailer that came out for this movie had no Jackson footage in it at all…but this trailer has plenty! Enjoy the scenery! This movie looks amazing! via Twifans

| Hurricane Bells Releases the Video for Monsters | ||

Twilight Examiner, Amanda Bell, reported this morning that Hurricane Bells has released their video for Monsters featured on the Twilight Saga: New Moon soundtrack. When I read that, I got all excited thinking was about to see Edward Cullen strutting through the school parking lot toward me. Alas, I read on and discovered that the video used zero New Moon clips in the video. However, it’s good for a laugh. Consider this a call of mercy for grocery carts everywhere…you’ll see why LOLOL See? It’s funny. I’m still sad they didn’t somehow fit Edward Cullen strutting towards us through the parking lot. I mean, they WERE in a parking lot, they could have found a way! UPDATE: Thanks, miss TwiNightingale, for that report! I just heard from Steve’s promotor, who had this additional bit of information about the tour schedule: Currently Hurricane Bells is across the globe finishing a two-week tour in India – sponsored by the Planetary Group, the American Center, and Rachel Tanzer – that began January 25th at the Saarang Festival in Chennai. The tour took the band through Chennai, New Delhi, and Hyderabad, and will conclude February 7th at the Kala Goda Festival in Mumbai. Photos and videos from the extraordinary trip can be seen on Hurricane Bells’ Facebook page.
Hurricane Bells tour dates:

Hurricane Bells is the new project from Steve Schiltz, singer and guitarist of Longwave. He wrote, played, recorded, and mixed the entirety of Tonight Is The Ghost – a moody, gorgeous mix of somber undercurrents and chiming guitars bathed in echo and reverb – himself using his MacBook and an Mbox. Originally planning on self-releasing the album, Schiltz’s then-completely unknown project quickly became part of the whirlwind Twilight pop culture phenomenon when “Monsters” was chosen for the The Twilight Saga: New Moon soundtrack last fall.
Steve is an amazing artist- you can read my full interview with him HERE!!

| Kellan Lutz and Paul Wesley team up for Cosmo Cover | ||
This is a really unfair pair up…unfair to women everywhere because this magazine is going to sell simply because of the picture on the cover. I don’t even know why they would bother putting a caption on it because these are two gorgeous vamps. Be still your hearts ladies and enjoy the eye candy that is Kellan Lutz and Paul Wesley!
Thanks NMM for sending out the Tweet because is some srsly good eye-candy! |
| Anna Kendrick causes a “rift” between Pattinson & Clooney | ||

Ok…the headline is a little deceiving but what a fun story for her to get to tell Ellen! Anna appeared on the Ellen Degeneres show and shared a fun story about filming Twilight and Up in the Air at the same time. Is it just me or is it just a little ridiculous that a woman, any woman get to work with these two gentlemen in the same year let alone splitting her time??? what? jealous? me? what are you talking about? |
| Another side of Michael Welch | ||
Many of our favorite stars in Twilight have also spent some time this last year working on other projects which is fantastic because we get to see the true scope of their talents (as if there were ever any question). Michael Welch is no exception to this. He has a movie coming out on June 8th entitled Unrequited. See below for the synopsis and the trailer…kind of creepy. I’m glad Mike Newton didn’t have these tendencies. As a human, Edward would have done away with him swiftly! Movie Synopsis:
Yeesh! Thanks to EclipseMovie for sharing! |
| The Twilight Saga: New Moon and Beauty and the Beast | ||
Srsly. I love this. There are no other words. I was expecting to find this kind of laughable but whoever put this together did a really shocking job of dubbing in the New Moon trailer with scenes from Beauty and the Beast. May I present Gaston as Edward, Belle as Bella and The Beast as Jacob. Again, srsly. Thanks to TwiCrackAddict for finding this piece of gold. |
| Hometown interview for Robert Pattinson | ||
Ontheflix.com has this fun interview with Rob. It looks to be a red carpet interview conducted between three different interviewers. He talks about being home in London, how strange it is to have fans now react to him there at home the same as they do all over the world and how once again, he felt more relaxed shooting New Moon because he felt it was Taylor’s movie. Sit back and enjoy some buttery English verbage! |

Well, Well, the holidays have come and gone and I must say there is always sadness and relief that come with their passing. With the approach of the New Year, however, we are coming ever closer to the premier of Eclipse. With just a week over 6 months to wait we all hope to soon see a teaser trailer and the beginnings of movie stills that will wet our appetites for the coming film. In anticipation of these bits and pieces headed our way, Reelz Channel has done a short profile video on David Slade. Do you think he fits the bill to follow the story of our beloved saga? Let me know what you think in the comments!
