I’m thankful for talented people. Srsly.  Enjoy the Gif’s made of today’s 10 Sec Teaser Trailer for Eclipse.  We have less than 13 hours to wait (some of it spent sleeping, thankfully) for the 90 Sec trailer.  But for now, I just can’t stop staring at these!

Cannot.stop.replaying.  I can’t believe it’s so close!  And I will say that in some of the stills I was a little concerned about Kristen’s wig, but it doesn’t look too bad here!  I actually didn’t think about it being a wig until the 3rd time I watched the trailer and had to play it again specifically to look at that

@Twilight sent out this little note this afternoon to the Twitterverse…EEK!!! Raise your hand if you’re going to see Remember Me this weekend; at least partly for the purpose of seeing the Eclipse Trailer on the big screen!!!

For all the mama’s out there!  Peter Facinelli recently did an interview with E! Online’s Marc Malkin wherein he and his wife Jennie Garth talk about which books from the Twilight Saga they’ve let their oldest daughter read and his opinion on making Breaking Dawn into two movies.

“It’s a very thick book. I think that two movies would be a good thing for the franchise. I support it, but ultimately it’s up to what Summit decides,” Peter chatted, though he seemed to pick his words very carefully.

“I’m having a great time with the franchise, so if we get to do two more that would be fun.”

“The battle in Eclipse was superfun. We got to do a lot of fight training and choreography, and I’m looking forward to the fans seeing that. They get to see the Cullens in a way they’ve never seen them before,” the star mysterious teased.

Peter was proud to boast of his stunt work too, claiming, “I tried to do as much as I could, or as much as they allowed me to do. If I didn’t go home with a bruise, I didn’t feel like I put in a good day’s work.”

When we brought up the Twilight franchise, Peter told us “Well my 12-year-old has read the first two for sure.” And Jennie quickly chimed in: “But that’s it!”

Do the Facinelli parents think the series is too racy for tweens? Seems so! We asked if the couple thought the much-talked-about fourth book was too naughty, and Jennie, who was only half listening as she cuddled and kissed her youngest daughter Fiona, turned to me and blurted “Yeah!”

“I got to spread them out. Let her get old enough to read the other two. I think I would let her read the third one though when she hits 13 for sure,” Peter confessed.

I must confess, I’m with him on this one.  At least for me, as the books get darker and slightly more adult themed, making the decision on whether your teen is mature enough to handle the content is a challenge for every parent; especially knowing that these books, this story and the movies are everywhere!!!

As if you needed another reason to go see Remember Me, @Twilight just announced on Twitter that you’ll be able to see the Trailer for Eclipse if you go sit your bum in the theater to view the film.  That’s right…the trailer we’ve all been waiting for will premier with the showing of Remember Me in theaters…in big screen glory!!! 

Wal-Mart announced this morning that their offering of the New Moon DVD will include a special sneek peak of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse!!!! 

There are an array of DVD offerings coming to us in March for New Moon, this is latest attempt at turning your wallets toward this retailer!  Per Wal-Mart:

Ultimate fans of Twilight have a reason to howl with excitement: a sneak peek at The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Walmart announced today it will be the only retailer to carry The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition on standard DVD, and Blu-ray, with never-before-seen footage from the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Walmart also will feature “Twilight Saga Shops” in stores – a dedicated shopping experience for Twilight fans to bite into a variety of Twilight -themed clothing, jewelry, and merchandise, including new items to show their wolf- or vampire-fan pride.

Fans can pre-order The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition on DVD or Blu-ray, as well as the national two-disc Special Edition DVD or Special Edition Blu-ray, today at Walmart.com. With the new movie and 50 minutes of extra footage and interviews, The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition also contains an exclusive, 7-minute sneak peek of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Yikes…decisions decisions!  Thus far, Target was offering the best/most with a 3 disc DVD special edition, but 7 minutes of Eclipse footage just may…well…eclipse the competition!  What DVD are you going to get?  Has anyone heard of one that will offer a digital copy?  I have Twilight on my iPod at all times because Target’s 3 disc special edition of Twilight offered a digital copy!

Is this the beginning of the storm?  I SO hope so, but two new Eclipse stills have been shared with us!  Same scene, different positions…LOVE.IT!

This is going to be SO good!!!!!

According to a Tweet sent out by David Slade today Eclipse is starting to shape up, but he’s adding more Edward.  Mmmmm…doesn’t that sound nice?

Well, Well, the holidays have come and gone and I must say there is always sadness and relief that come with their passing.  With the approach of the New Year, however, we are coming ever closer to the premier of Eclipse.  With just a week over 6 months to wait we all hope to soon see a teaser trailer and the beginnings of movie stills that will wet our appetites for the coming film.
