From 4TNZ: Comic Con, held last week in San Diego, was insane — Twihards took over! From New Moon clips to press conferences, it was all Twilight all the time, and all the stars of the film showed up! But if you were looking for Kellan Lutz, you may have had some trouble finding the real life Emmett Cullen — he was in disguise, to avoid some of the crazier fans! |
| MTV reports Twilight Rules Comic Con – is ANYONE surprised by this? | ||

I have to admit that traveling like mad for work last week and then heading to the beach last weekend totally upended my plans for holing up in some quiet space with a bottle of red and my laptop to drool over all the Comic Con coverage online. Despite this, I was not at all surprised that Twilight once again staged a coup at Comic Con, taking over all the excitement and news for the event! “Yes, I have heard of this fabulous person named Cullenized and her mentor Twilight Moonlighter (though I prefer her original name), and I think they’re HOT!”
MTV has additional coverage proving that our fave mythical creatures (and their human counterparts) really are the best! Check out the scoop here

| Lexicon's New Moon panel report- *spoilers* | ||

From Twilight Lexicon: WARNING! There are spoilers here, so look away if you really don’t want to know! For the first clip, Jacob shows Bella how to work the bike, and as she reeves the engine a “ghost” of Edward appears. This spurs her on and she heads down the road passing multiple “ghosts” on her way until she crashes. Jacob rushes to her and worries over the bleeding gash on her forehead. She apologizes for the blood, to which he says, “it’s only blood, Bella,” and removes his shirt so he can use it to clean her up. Bella gives him the once over and tells him he’s kinda beautiful. He then asks her is she maybe bumped her head too hard. The second scene was of Alice and Bella driving through Volterra surrounded by the people in red robes. Bella darts out of the car and rushes through the crowds toward the clock tower. She sees Edward just as he is opening up his shirt and getting ready to step out into the sun. She darts over though the fountain telling him to stop and then… the footage ends. Great teaser there! |

Anyone else BUMMED because of a missed opportunity to go to Comic-Con? I’m in a SNIT today because I’m freaking 6 hours north with a family vacation planned instead of hanging with all my new Twilight bloggy friends and the cast and a sneak peek of New Moon. I could just bite nails. Real ones. Thank goodness for Amcas, my Robporn dealer, for coming through with a Hump Day pic- in her words: Anyone else got anything to share? Lick your wounds for not being at Comic-con and send them over: twilight.moonlighter@gmail.com Then check this post throughout the day (and night) for more. |
