Is this the beginning of the storm?  I SO hope so, but two new Eclipse stills have been shared with us!  Same scene, different positions…LOVE.IT!

With the anticipation of New Moon and Eclipse hitting the theaters, many of us are waiting (as patiently as possible) for an official announcement from Summit whether Breaking Dawn will all be made into a visual creation for us to enjoy.  In the meantime, many fans bide their time creating fan versions of trailers, manipulations of pictures featuring our favorite characters and helping us to visualize our favorite scenes in the movies.

While we don’t want to ruin the plot for any latent Twi-hards, ever since Eclipse started filming we’ve been dying for a sneak peek of Bella’s wedding dress. In the meantime, we reached out to some of our favorite designers (Christian Siriano’s sketch at left) to see how they envision her gown.

In Eclipse, Bella’s dress is described as an early 1900s design (which complements her antique engagement ring) with friend and Maid of Honor Alice Cullen’s modern tweaks to the train and veil. “You look like you just stepped out of an Austen movie,” Bella’s mother says to the bride-to-be when she spies her in the gown in the final book, Breaking Dawn. “It’s gorgeous! So graceful, so elegant.”

Meet Sterling, the luckiest girl in the Twi-universe. Her dad drove her to all the filming locations of Twilight and to Forks, WA for the DVD release. And her parents bought her Bella’s truck.

But before you get too jealous of this teen, read on. You’ll fall in love with her and her plight to help charities.

Sterling started a website called Eternal Tomorrows, which she hopes will ultimately become the name of her own charity. Her plea to those interested in renting the truck:

Sterling’s greatest achievement to date was her involvement in a charity event designed to benefit Dosomething.org. With Ashley Greene and Christian Serratos in attendance, Sterling was wrapped up in the Hollywood gala, her truck on display, and the red carpet beckoning. Ashley and Christian even autographed her truck.

Make Me a Vampire discusses Bella’s shoes today in her fashion post of the week. Aside from her Vans *gag*, she also scored the deets on her birthday shoes:

Thanks to newly released New Moon pictures, including this pic from the Bella’s birthday scene, I’m also able to give you the details on exactly what kind of shoes Bella is wearing to her birthday party; they’re called Vans Gisele in Black Turtledove Linen (that is one long name for a shoe, if you ask me):

With its cute, casual style, the Vans Gisele is easy on the eyes and on the sole. This mary-jane inspired style offers extra appeal with a ribbed toe bumper and double-stitched topline. An unobtrusive instep strap, fastened with Velcro, completes this comfort-loving look.

Anyway, I am fairly sure about this one, that these shoes are actually the exact pair Bella is wearing in New Moon. And I guess I’m not the only one who’s figured this one out, because the shoes are currently sold out in every internet shop I’ve seen so far. Here they are:I, for one, am awed that anyone could figure these things out. I’ll spend $300 on a Dooney & Bourke purse, but my shoes consist of Target flip flops, black slip on doo-hickies from Payless Shoe Source, some tennies for working out and a snazzy silver sparkly number for wooing Edward Cullen fancy events.

The pinnacle of the birthday party scene in New Moon, aside from the paper cut Bella receives and subsequent attack is the beautiful birthday cake that Alice has so graciously provided for the party, despite the fact that Bella is the only one who would partake.

In an exclusive interview, I learned more about the beautiful confection. Lisa Haas, wife of the creator, Thomas, fills in readers about how the cake came to be.

Blissfully unaware of the Twilight Saga, Haas was approached to concoct the confection after the set designer’s creation didn’t turn out as expected. Though he doesn’t know the significance to the green color palette, he was able to replicate the design perfectly in one day.

Inspired by the New Moon trailer, the MySpace hit sensation band Oh, Hush! decided to pay tribute to Bella via Jacob with their catchy song, “Irresistible.” In the first of a two-part interview, learn more about the intriguing band.

Completely elusive and far from one-dimensional, the band Oh, Hush! originated back in the summer of 2007 when a group of friends from various bands collaborated and decided to create a single group. Enticing listeners to focus solely on their music, the band chose to leave their identities a secret.

“A new project would allow us to move into musical directions not really explored in our other projects,” says the spokesperson for Oh, Hush!, whose only identity revealed is that of a unicorn- a man who has read the Twilight Saga.
